The Lead Instructor and President of Safety Communications, Carl Allen, is a Retired Maine DEP Oil & Hazardous Materials Specialist with 25 years of experience. Carl has responded to over 2,100 Incidents and supervised the removal of over 500 Leaking underground storage tanks.

Carl's real world experiences relate the training to your job, from Hazmat Decon to Confined Space Entry, so you understand the physical or chemicals hazards your challenging.
